How to book

To book our VIP Departure Service we request that you call our Guest Relations team who will be able to assist.

Lines are open from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday.

This service is not bookable online.

Getting through the airport can be stressful, particularly if you’re travelling in a group or with a lot of luggage. Available to all, our VIP Departure Service is designed to help you get through the airport quickly and efficiently – you can book your own travel concierge who’s on hand to expedite you through check-in, security and immigration as well as porters to assist with your luggage.

Outbound Service
  • Meet your travel concierge at the entrance of the airport terminal
  • Queue jump check-in and bag drop
  • Get help with your baggage through the airport, with pre-arranged porters if required
  • Fast-track through security and be shown to your lounge
  • Be escorted to the departure gate to board your plane
Return Service
  • Meet your travel concierge at your arrival gate after leaving the plane
  • Be escorted through immigration & customs
  • Get help with any visa applications
  • Assistance with baggage reclaim, with porters pre-arranged for you if required
  • On-hand assistance for any misplaced luggage
  • Be escorted to the front of the departure terminal or to your chauffeur

DEPARTURE SERVICE - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUSTIONS

The Departure service is designed to whisk you through the airport with minimum fuss and delay. Our service begins before you arrive with pre-check in and seating. You will be met from your vehicle and expedited through all airport procedures, to the lounge (subject to your itinerary) and to the aircraft gate.
Your departure experience will include: Kerbside meet and assist directly outside the terminal, Pre-booked porters to collect bags and transfer to check-in, Pre check-in service (subject to airline) with preferred seats arranged, Fast-track through all check-in and security processes, Being escorted to your lounge (subject to your travel itinerary) and to the aircraft gate when you are ready to board
We take no responsibility for the loss or damage of any luggage. In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, we will handle the locating and repatriation of your bag as quickly as possible.

It is the responsibility of the booker to notify No1 Traveller during operating hours* if a flight time/destination has been amended by the airline. Failure to advise No1 Lounges of the flight change will result in our service provider not being able to deliver the booked VIP package, and the cost still being enforced. If any flight details are provided incorrectly at the time of booking the VIP service, No1 Lounges are not responsible for the VIP service not being fulfilled, and the booker will still be charged the required fee. All bookings which are made or amended within 48 hours of flight time will be subject to a £40 additional charge.

On arrival we offer a fast and discreet service, assisting with all processes right from the moment you land to your final destination. This includes full assistance with immigration and customs, organising baggage porters and chauffeurs, handling lost luggage and hotel check-in.
