Can I use my gift voucher at any No1 Lounge?
Gift vouchers can be redeemed across multiple bookings and can be used on any No1 owned and managed airport lounge visits to No1 Lounges, Clubrooms, My Lounge and Club Aspire across Birmingham, Gatwick, Heathrow, Jersey and Luton Airports. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed via No1Lounges.com.
How do you redeem a No1 Lounge gift voucher?
- Go to no1lounges.com and choose your lounge visit
- At the Your Details section, enter your gift voucher code in the Promo Code box (you will have been emailed the voucher code)
- The voucher value will be deducted from your total
*Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for walk-up lounge access.
Are gift vouchers physical cards or e cards?
No1 Lounges gift vouchers are issued electronically and sent by email to the purchaser and/or designated recipient.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the Gift Voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and any remaining balance will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
Can gift vouchers be used at walk-up lounge access?
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.No1Lounges.com and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for walk-up lounge access.
How do I find out the balance on my gift voucher?
Balance enquiries can be obtained online or by calling our Guest Relations team on +44(0) 203 283 8449 or emailing Enquiries@No1Lounges.com. You will need your booking reference to hand.
