A place of sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle at one of the world's busiest airports is now back open daily. A visit to the No1 Lounge will leave you refreshed for your onward journey.

We are currently providing table service at this lounge, so just sit back and relax and we’ll bring you everything you need.

Take a seat in our tv room, bistro or lounge area and enjoy a delicious freshly prepared dish and your choice of drink.

To keep you and our team safe in the lounge we have enhanced our high standards of cleanliness even further, with more frequent cleaning. We operate a contactless reception, have installed hand sanitising stations throughout the lounge and as always, control the capacity of our lounges to give you space to relax and unwind before you fly.

Designed exclusively for No1, our menu features made to order hot and cold dishes and a variety of snacks, together with our range of complimentary alcohol, hot beverages and soft drinks served to you by our friendly and attentive team.

Due to COVID-19, the lounge will serve a new, high-quality, simplified menu of hot and cold food, which reduces interaction and minimises contact between our teams and guests.

We have implemented several changes to our Lounges in recent months to keep you and our team safe, whilst still delivering the amazing, welcoming No1 Lounge experience you’re used to. We have enhanced our high cleanliness standards in lounges even further, with more frequent cleaning. We are also operating a contactless check-in, introduced hand sanitising stations in lounges and as always, have capacity controlled lounges giving you space to relax and unwind before you fly. We’re also serving a new, high-quality, simplified menu of hot and cold food, minimising contact between our teams and guests, all served via table service. Our staff will continue to wear face coverings and we encourage you to do so too. Please be mindful of any guidance issued by the airport you are travelling from.

There is a charge of £10 for guests accessing the lounge with a lounge access scheme who wish to use our shower rooms. Non-lounge guests are also welcome to use our shower facilities, at a cost of £15.

You can use the lounge three hours prior to your flight time. Extra hours can be purchased in advance if you plan to arrive earlier.

When booking online, we automatically set the arrival time three hours prior to your flight time, in line with our terms and conditions. You're free to leave the lounge and return any time during your stay, but must keep your luggage with you at all times.

We understand the inconvenience flight delays cause. You are welcome to stay in the lounge if your flight is delayed but please keep an eye on our screens in the lounge for updates on your departure. Please note, guaranteed delay cover is only available to direct bookings (third party bookings are excluded).

Yes, we have a dress code in place. We ask all our guests to wear smart-casual clothing. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing clothing which we deem to be unsuitable. This may include themed or fancy-dress outfits, clothes with slogans that may cause offense, replica sports kits, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, or bare shoulders on men. We also ask that guests do not wear tracksuits while in the lounge – we appreciate that people like to travel comfortably and so welcome guests to change when departing the lounge.

We do accept groups, however please be mindful of the rules around group bookings: If you are travelling as a group and would therefore like to be seated together in the lounge, please book as a group. Note that we accept bookings on our website for a maximum of 8 people. Any groups of 9 or more must contact our Guest Relations team on 0203 283 8449 to enquire about availability.

Please be advised that any self-assembled groups will not be seated together. In order to ensure a premium lounge experience for all guests, we do ask that large groups are both respectful of those guests around them, and mindful of keeping noise to a reasonable level.
