With views across the airport, comfy tv lounge, library area and Bistro, this lounge is the perfect location for groups and solo travellers alike to relax.

This large lounge space offers multiple seating styles which help section this lounge, allowing you to tailor your lounge experience. A visit to the No1 Lounge at Birmingham Airport will leave you feeling refreshed and reenergised ahead of your flight.

Please note, dishes are currently being served buffet style, simply help yourself whilst in the lounge. Drinks will continue to be served from the fully tended bar.

To keep you and our team safe in the lounge we have enhanced our high standards of cleanliness even further, with more frequent cleaning. We operate a contactless reception, have installed hand sanitising stations throughout the lounge and as always, control the capacity of our lounges to give you space to relax and unwind before you fly.

You lounge entry includes everything on this page, complimentary food dishes, charging points, WiFi, comfortable seating and access to both digital newspapers and magazines (via PressReader). All drinks are included in the entry fee excluding Champagne which can be purchased for an additional fee in-lounge.

Any checked-in passengers from any airline, across any ticket class. Entry can be purchased online or purchased at walk up. Our lounges can often reach comfortable capacity so pre-booking is advised to guarantee entry.

You can use the lounge three hours prior to your flight time and buy extra hours in advance or while you’re in the lounge – if your flight’s delayed and you want to stay longer, for example.

When booking online, we automatically set the arrival time three hours prior to your flight time, in line with our terms and conditions. You're free to leave the lounge and return any time during your stay, but must keep your luggage with you at all times.

We understand the inconvenience flight delays cause. You are welcome to stay in the lounge if your flight is delayed but please keep an eye on our screens in the lounge for updates on your departure. Please note, guaranteed delay cover is only available to direct bookings (third party bookings are excluded).

Yes, we have a dress code in place. We ask all of our guests to wear smart-casual clothing. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing clothing which we deem to be unsuitable. This may include themed or fancy-dress outfits, clothes with slogans that may cause offense, replica sports kits, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, or bare shoulders on men. We also ask that guests do not wear tracksuits while in the lounge – we appreciate that people like to travel comfortably and so welcome guests to change when departing the lounge.

We do accept groups, however please be mindful of the rules around group bookings: If you are travelling as a group and would like to be seated together in the lounge, you must book as a group. Note that we accept bookings on our website for a maximum of 8 people. Any groups of 9 or more must contact our Guest Relations team on 0203 283 8449 to enquire about availability.

Please be advised that any self-assembled groups will not be seated together and could be refused entry to the lounge in accordance with our Terms of Entry. In order to ensure a premium lounge experience for all guests, we do ask that large groups are both respectful of those guests around them, and mindful of keeping noise to a reasonable level.
