Prebook your lounge visit
at No1 Lounges

Our lounges can reach full capacity and in these instances, visitors without a reservation will unfortunately not be able to gain access.

From just £6* per person you can secure your entry to the lounge. Plus, priority security lane access for all members of your party is included in your booking for our lounges located in Gatwick.

You may still access the lounge without a reservation, however, please be aware that entry is subject to available space and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note, the Showers and Spa facilities at Heathrow Terminal 3 are closed until further notice. Priority security is not currently included at Birmingham or Heathrow.

*The reservation fee is an additional charge, which secures a place for you in the lounge. For No1 Lounges, My Lounge and Club Aspire the fee is from £6 per person. For Clubrooms, the fee is from £15 per person. The visit itself will be processed through your lounge membership card. The card must be valid on the day of your visit and should be presented at reception on arrival. If, under the terms of your membership, you have an allowance of free visits, or your visits are paid for through your associated bank account, these will also be deducted in the normal way.

If you would like to make a reservation, simply visit our reservations portal and login to your Priority Pass account, look for No1 lounges and proceed with your booking:

1. Let us know when you’re coming and how many people are in your party

We have implemented several changes to our Lounges in recent months to keep you and our team safe, whilst still delivering the amazing, welcoming No1 Lounge experience you’re used to. We have enhanced our high cleanliness standards in lounges even further, with more frequent cleaning. We are also operating a contactless check-in, introduced hand sanitising stations in lounges and as always, have capacity controlled lounges giving you space to relax and unwind before you fly. We’re also serving a new, high-quality, simplified menu of hot and cold food, minimising contact between our teams and guests, all served via table service. Our staff will continue to wear face coverings and we encourage you to do so too. Please be mindful of any guidance issued by the airport you are travelling from.
