Why do you ask lounge scheme cardholders to reserve?
Our lounges have become increasingly popular, therefore by reserving your access from just £6 per person here we know to expect your arrival, and you can have a guaranteed place in the lounge. Without a pre-booking, we cannot guarantee you will gain access.
A pre-booking for Clubrooms lounges at Gatwick also includes complimentary access to the Fast Track Security lanes. Fast Track Security can be added for an additional fee for all other lounges at Gatwick Airport.
I have questions about my card scheme, who should I speak to?
Please contact the relevant card scheme provider – unfortunately, we do not have access to any systems outside of its own, therefore cannot answer questions about specific cardholders’ accounts/memberships.
How long can I stay in the lounge?
You can use the lounge three hours prior to your flight time. Extra hours can be purchased in advance if you plan to arrive earlier.
When booking online, we automatically set the arrival time three hours prior to your flight time, in line with our terms and conditions. You're free to leave the lounge and return any time during your stay but must keep your luggage with you at all times.
