Why do you ask lounge scheme cardholders to reserve?
Our lounges have become increasingly popular, therefore by reserving your access from just £6 per person we know to expect your arrival, and so can have a place in the lounge for you. Without a pre-booking, we cannot guarantee you will gain access.
A pre-booking for Clubrooms lounges at Gatwick also includes complimentary access to the Fast Track lanes. Fast Track can be added for an additional fee to all other lounges at Gatwick Airport.
Please note, Fast Track is not available at Birmingham, Heathrow, and Luton Airports.
I have questions about my Priority Pass membership, who should I speak to?
No1 Lounges does not have access to any systems outside of its own, therefore cannot answer questions about your about specific Priority Pass memberships. For any relevant inquiries, please contact Priority Pass membership services or your card issuer directly.
