What information do I need to supply when enquiring about a price match?
When submitting a Price Match enquiry, please provide details of the cheaper full-price booking you have found for a No1 Lounge, My Lounge, Clubrooms or Club Aspire Lounge. You must include evidence of the price in question, such as photo or screenshot evidence, along with a direct link to the third-party website showing the lower rate.
Price Match claims must be submitted and approved before your date of travel and are only valid on 3-hour stays.

What is the No1 Lounge Price Match Promise?
At No1 Lounges, we’re committed to offering you the best possible value. If you’ve found a lower price for one of our lounges elsewhere, please share the details via the Price Match From and our Guest Relations team will review your request.
The Price Match Promise is valid on No1 Lounge, My Lounge, Clubrooms and Club Aspire lounges only, for full-price bookings made through third-party retailers. Partner Lounges Aspire and The Club are not included in the Price Match Promise.
