Lounge access cards from Priority Pass, Lounge Key, and Dragonpass are accepted in all of our UK lounges. Access is subject to availability without a reservation. Additional fees may apply in order to enter the Clubrooms.

Our lounges have become increasingly popular, therefore by reserving your access from just £6 per person at no1lounges.com/reservations we know to expect your arrival, and so can have a guaranteed place in the lounge for you.

In addition, a reservation for a lounge in Gatwick, Birmingham and Edinburgh also includes complimentary access to the priority security lanes. A reservation for the No1 Lounge in Heathrow includes complimentary use of the showers (usually £15).

Without a pre-booking, we cannot guarantee you will gain access.

Our lounges have become increasingly popular, which means we can’t always accommodate guests without a reservation. We don’t like to disappoint, so we’ve introduced a reservation system, to guarantee your entry every time you fly.

If you would like to make a reservation, simply visit our reservations portal and:

1. Let us know when you’re coming and how many people are in your party
2. Follow the steps in the booking process to pay the reservation fee.
3. When you arrive at the lounge, just give us your confirmation number and present your card as usual

Your reservation will be valid from three hours prior to your departure and your card must be presented on arrival. The reservation guarantees you can use your membership card when accessing the lounge and your card will be swiped as usual, and you will be charged in line with your membership.

Please note that reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. All members of the party, including children (aged 2-11), require a reservation for guaranteed entry.

If you choose to not reserve and arrive at the lounge reception to be told we are full, we have an alternative offering at Gatwick Airport. The Clubrooms offers delicious all day dining menus, extensive bar menus and hosted table service. Cardholders are welcome to gain entry to this lounge – subject to availability – for a fee of just £15. Simply speak to a member of the lounge reception team.

Some lounge schemes offer alternative food and beverage options – please speak to your card issuer directly to find out more about what these are.

Most lounge access cards allow you to bring guests. For child entry fees and the number of guests you can bring into the lounge please check with your membership provider directly. We do not have access to your membership accounts.

Please contact the relevant card scheme provider – unfortunately, we do not have access to any systems outside of its own, therefore cannot answer questions about specific cardholders’ accounts/memberships.

Without a membership card, we are unable to allow access to the lounge. If you do not have your membership card and wish to use the lounge, please contact your membership provider directly.
