No1 Lounges are located after security in the departure area and are available to all checked-in departing passengers. It doesn't matter which airline or class of ticket you've got, you're welcome to use No1.

You can arrive three hours prior to your flight time. You can also buy extra hours in advance or while you're in the lounge - if your flight's delayed and you want to stay longer for example.

When you book online, we automatically calculate the time you can enter (three hours prior to your flight time to coincide with the opening time of many airline check-in desks). You can leave the lounge and return any time during your stay, but must keep your luggage with you at all times.
Smart-casual is preferred, but who are we to judge. However, if we think you’re dressed unsuitably or offensively (too much skin on show, offensive slogans, themed or fancy dress, etc.), we might not let you in. Sorry.

If you're transferring through Heathrow and would like to use the lounge, follow the signs for flight connections when you land. If you don't land in T3 you'll need to get the free airport terminal transfer bus and follow the signs for T3. We recommend leaving at least 30 minutes to transfer between the terminals.
We have lounges for you to visit in both terminals at Gatwick, however please make sure you book the lounge in the terminal you're flying from. Please note you will be unable to transfer between the terminals once you've checked in.
No1 Lounges do not make flight announcements but all lounges have flight information screens. Please make sure you check these, as it is your responsibility to catch your flight.
In all No1 Lounges you can print, fax and scan documents. Just ask a member of the team for help.
All No1 Lounges are wheelchair accessible.
There is a no smoking policy in all No1 Lounges, spa and bedrooms. Anyone caught smoking may be requested to pay a fine by the airport.
Any lost property found in the lounges will be handed to the Airport's lost property department. Please contact the relevant airport's lost & found department directly for assistance.
We understand that you might have to cancel your flight or change your travel plans for reasons out of your control. As per our terms, lounge bookings are non-refundable.
Entry into a No1 lounge ("No1", "we" or "us") is subject to our conditions of entry. In using this voucher you are agreeing with us to abide by these conditions, which may change from time to time, and may be viewed in full at This voucher entitles one person ("you" or "guest") entry to a No1 lounge and to one complimentary glass of our house champagne. It is non-refundable and valid for a single visit of up to three hours prior to departure, for up to one year from the Issue Date. To ensure we provide the highest levels of service, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any person at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate by us, including (but not exclusively): capacity limitations, intoxication of any Guest or any conduct that we consider to disturb other Guests. No outside food or drink is permitted. Smart casual or business attire is encouraged and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any person dressed in a way that might be deemed inappropriate. We permit the entry of service animals but may prohibit the entry of other animals. Children (accompanied by an adult) and families are welcome, but may be required to utilise the designated family areas where available, or be seated as directed by staff. Any person gaining unauthorised access to No1 may be liable for prosecution. Guests under the age of 18 may not consume alcohol while visiting a No.1 lounge. As we have a shared responsibility to ensure that no Guest becomes intoxicated prior to flying, we reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption accordingly. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken from any No1 lounge. While we display flight information, we have no responsibility to inform you of flight information or changes to flight information, and are not responsible for missed flights. We are not liable for, nor do we accept any responsibility for, any loss or damage whatsoever to any person or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person or animal whilst visiting a No1 lounge. You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates against any loss or liability, cost, expense, or damages arising from or in relation to your visit to a No1 Lounge.
